Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds to customers who are not satisfied with our subscription service. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refunds are not available for renewal payments.
Cancellation of Subscription
Upon approval of your refund request, your subscription will be cancelled immediately. You will no longer have access to the premium features of SendKit. Please note that cancelling your subscription will not automatically trigger a refund unless requested within the eligible period.
